Stage 03

Postpartum Care

A newborn in the weeks after birth

The postpartum season is a time of profound transition. Your body is recovering. Your family is adjusting. You are getting to know your baby while, in many ways, becoming someone new yourself. Our care creates space for all of it—the physical healing, the emotional shifts, the questions, the uncertainty, and the quiet moments of connection that unfold along the way.

At each visit, we thoughtfully monitor your recovery, including your vital signs, healing, and emotional well-being, while also checking your baby’s weight, heart rate, breathing, and temperature. Just as importantly, we take time to listen. We offer guidance, reassurance, and practical support as you learn your baby’s cues and grow into the rhythm of life together.

From feeding and sleep to newborn behavior and your own recovery, we are here to help you feel supported, informed, and never alone in the questions that come with this new season.
