Classes meet every Wednesday, with the first and final sessions held in person in one of our Nashville offices from 6–8 p.m. The four sessions in between are held virtually via Zoom from 7–8 p.m. Class size is limited to six expectant families, creating an intimate environment where participants can build connections, ask questions, and learn alongside one another.

Included with the class

Assigned materials are completed before each class, allowing class time to focus on discussion, questions, reflection, and applying what participants are learning. The class is facilitated by a midwife in a welcoming environment for families planning a home birth, hospital birth, or birth center birth.
